Work carried out in WP1 includes the creation of the website for CEC-WYS. The website will serve as the virtual home of CEC-WYS as the Centre has no actual seat. It is crucial in dissemination of information, project tools (deliverables) and news relevant to CEC-WYS issues.

Objectives

Launch of the CEC-WYS, including the creation of a logo and communication style of the CEC-WYS, development of the layout of the website and subsequent creation of the website with administration access granted to registered users (project partners) using a user name and password. Sections of the website will be created for all work packages of the project.

Based on the results of a tender call, the co-ordinator will subcontract a web design company to design the visual style and logo and build the website for CEC-WYS.

In order for the CEC-WYS to achieve the goals set out in this project and in order to achieve efficient communication and exchange of information, each CEC-WYS contact point will be responsible for collecting information on relevant governmental and non-governmental bodies concerned with research and development and equal opportunities.

The four central European partners will rotate the responsibility on a monthly basis for updating the website.
