There are so many highly qualified women scientists, but why are so few of them in senior or decision-making positions?

This unique, regional, multi-disciplinary, easily navigable database of women scientists aims to adress this situation by making highly qualified women scientists more visible. Women scientists can be searched for the purposes of project participation and invitation to advisory committees, boards and expert panels. It will also provide a source for networking for women in the region.

The database is searchable by various fields (country, discipline, sector, position and keywords) and is accessible free of charge. If you contact a scientist from the database, please inform her that you found her contact via this database. Thank you!
